	The Greater Boston Association of REALTORS ® (GBAR) represents over 5,000 real estate professionals throughout the Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts area and is one of the local boards of the National Association of REALTORS the largest trade association in America.
	MLS PIN is the largest Multiple Listing Service in New England and one of the largest in the nation. We offer a database of over 53,000 properties for sale and more than one million off-market listings, as well as full public records for all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and other areas of New England. 	The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® strives to be the collective force influencing and shaping the real estate industry. It seeks to be the leading advocate of the right to own, use, and transfer real property; the acknowledged leader in developing standards for efficient, effective, and ethical real estate business practices; and valued by highly skilled real estate professionals and viewed by them as crucial to their success.
	The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® is a professional trade association for licensed real estate practitioners and serves as the parent organization to the state's 16 local REALTOR® associations. Membership in the organization is voluntary and consists of both residential and commercial agents and brokers as well as industry affiliates. MAR's membership currently consists of approximately 22,000 real estate licensees, and only MAR members are authorized to use the trademark term, REALTOR®.
	The mission of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) is to provide training and support that helps buyer’s representatives be successful in their business—and to educate consumers about the benefits of buyer representation and the ABR® designation, in order to improve their homebuying experience.
	The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
